Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on the Happiminds platform, operated by Neorealm Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing any product or service on our platform, you (“User”, “Parent”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Nature of Services

Happiminds provides:
    • Digital assessments (Discovery Assessment)
    • Personalized reports
    • Self-paced learning programs (MindFit Program)
All products are digital, intangible, and instantly accessible, and therefore subject to strict refund limitations.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request will be considered only if ALL the following conditions are met:
    • The request is raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase
    • The Discovery Assessment has NOT been completed
    • The Discovery Report has NOT been generated or shared
    • The student has NOT accessed or meaningfully engaged with the learning program (including workouts, modules, or course content)

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds shall not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
    • The Discovery Assessment has been completed (fully or substantially)
    • The Discovery Report has been generated or shared
    • The user has accessed or started consuming any part of the learning program
    • Partial usage of the platform, irrespective of completion status
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Lack of usage or discontinuation by the student
    • Performance expectations not being met
    • Delay caused due to user-side issues (device, internet, availability, etc.)

5. Subscription Cancellation

    • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting support
    • Cancellation will apply only to future billing cycles
    • No refunds will be issued for the current active subscription period

6. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate or excess payments:
    • Users must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction
    • After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days

7. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but access is not provided:
    • Users must contact support within 48 hours
    • Upon verification, access will be granted or refund processed

8. Refund Process

    • All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
    • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days (may vary based on payment provider)
    • The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first will be considered a violation of this Policy.
The Company reserves the right to:
    • Suspend or terminate the user account
    • Deny future access to services
    • Take necessary legal action in case of fraudulent disputes

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
    • Learning outcomes or academic performance
    • User dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations

11. Modifications to Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be published on this page and will take immediate effect.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
